I confirm my organization — not Kinsweldo — is responsible for filing and remitting to the BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, and for verifying all payroll figures before use. I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
Key Responsibilities & Disclaimer
  • Kinsweldo is a computational aid only. Your organization is the sole statutory employer of record and the party legally obligated to register, file, and remit to the BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Kinsweldo does not assume or transfer any of those obligations.
  • Kinsweldo does not file or remit on your behalf. The Platform generates computations, reports, and export files for your use, but does not submit, file, or pay anything to any government agency unless you have separately contracted such a service in writing.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all inputs. Employee data, tax status, rates, and attendance are entered by you. The Platform computes from what you provide — incorrect inputs produce incorrect outputs.
  • You must review every output before use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all payslips, contribution figures, tax computations, and reports before submitting, paying, or remitting them.
  • You bear all penalties and assessments. Any penalty, surcharge, interest, or assessment from late, missed, incorrect, or non-remittance/non-filing is your sole responsibility, including where it results from your inputs or unreviewed outputs.
  • You keep your own records. You are responsible for retaining your own copies of all government submissions and proofs of payment. Kinsweldo is not your system of record for government filings.
  • Statutory tables are updated as soon as practicable — not guaranteed same-day. We update SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR tables as promptly as reasonably possible after an official circular, but you must verify that the rates applied match the current issuance.
  • You indemnify QV Technologies OPC for claims, losses, penalties, and expenses arising from your inputs, your failure to review outputs, or your failure to file or remit, as set out in the Terms of Service.

This summary does not replace the full Terms of Service. Where they differ, the Terms of Service govern. Nothing here limits Kinsweldo's own duty of care as a Personal Information Processor under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
